September New Releases!!!

What a great month for new releases! We "narrowed it down" to about 100 titles we're excited to read.

Amulet Volume 8 gets released this month after a two year break! We finally find out what's next for Emily and Alledia! Ant-Man and the Wasp wraps up this month with the final issue before the new Unstoppable Wasp series is released in October!

Betty & Veronica: Vixens ends this month with issue #10. In this final issue, the vixens are ready to look beyond Riverdale in their mission to help women fight back!

Brian Michael Bendis is back again this month with another new series titled Cover which tells the story of comic book creators turned covert agents within the American Intelligence community and we are looking forward to where this story is going to take us!

Perhaps what we are most excited for is the new Heroes in Crisis mini-series. This new series will tackle how our favorite super heroes tackle PTSD after being traumatized by crime fighting and cosmic battles! We've been pretty honest on our Instagram about our experiences with PTSD so we're excited (and maybe a little nervous?) to see how this plays out! One of our favorites Harley Quinn will be one of the main characters in the new series!

We have been counting down the days until Man-Eaters, a badass new ongoing series from Image Comics about a mutation that happens to menstruating women, turning them into ferocious killer wildcats-easily provoked and extremely dangerous. Who doesn't want to read that!

We also get a new series for Netflix's Stranger Things, where we get the story of Will Byers' experiences in the Upside Down! Written by comics veteran Jody Houser, known for other amazing titles such as Faith, Orphan Black and DC Comic's Mother Panic series.

We can't wait for all of the amazing comics coming out this month featuring all of the amazing female characters, writers and artists!
